The speaker series got off to a great start with farmer, author, artist and community leader Nikiko Masumoto, who gave an inspirational message to a packed house in Forum Hall January 29. She also answered questions from the audience. Nikiko is also the co-founder of the Yonsei Memory Project, which helps bring to light the injustices Japanese-Americans faced during World War II and also seeks to heal the wounds suffered during that time.
